The time you become insatiable, and hope to get "lucky", is the time you lose all of your cash. Sounds a bit abnormal, but it seems to be genuine. It seems the only time I ever amass cash is when I don’t worry about squandering it. I went to the the casino last evening with 20 dollars. I couldn’t care less about losing it, who cares about $20? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with one hundred and twenty dollars profit in a few hours!

A different occassion I was at the casino with my buddy Charles. I took in $100 that I couldn’t afford to squander. I got gluttonous, I got scared, and I ended up betting too much and losing it in 32 mins! The lesson is do not wager anymore than you are able to lose. If you do not worry about losing, you have a greater opportunity of winning big!

How else can you improve your chances of profiting at Roulette besides setting a budget? Never wager on single numbers! Sure, they hit occasionally, but they don’t come up enough to guarantee a dependable profit. Just wager on 1:1 wagers e.g. red, black, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets like first 12, 2nd dozen, 3rd dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay relatively big.

With the basic rules reviewed, how else might we further elevate our odds of succeeding at Roulette? By making probability into our ally, instead of our enemy. "You can’t succeed at Roulette", my buddy Jeff would say to me. "It is completely arbitrary because any number could come up". Absolutely, my friend Matt certainly has a point, although at the same instance, he is missing an important part of the picture. I totally agree, black or red could hit 30 times in a row, but how often does that happen?
